Returns Policy

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in appearance that occur naturally in handcrafted products

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging every Aarohi order. However, if your product arrives damaged, we are happy to help.

To Request a Replacement

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • An unedited unboxing video as proof

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement if the damage occurred during transit.

Refund Policy

At Aarohi, we strive to ensure that every candle and ritual experience reaches you in perfect condition.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The order was cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
  • The product was damaged during transit and a replacement is unavailable.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The order could not be fulfilled by Aarohi.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Fragrance preferences or personal scent expectations
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging that naturally occur in handcrafted products
  • Orders that have already been delivered in good condition

Exchanges Policy

At this time, Aarohi does not offer product exchanges.
